First impressions were a bit overwhelming. The packaging was covered in nerdy jargon and did not make the device feel like a quality product. The mobile app provided very little instruction, forcing the user to muddle through a large brochure for key bits of information.

I'm working on fresh packaging, a simplified Getting Started guide, and an app onboarding flow to get people using the device as quickly and smoothly as possible.

I'm in the process of overhauling the app's navigation and UI to better support user journeys and goals. Clearer insights and customization will also help users make the most of their data.
