Solar sales experience and customer relationship management
Mosaic's installer portal, where solar installer sales reps could manage all of their Mosaic Home Solar Loan customers, was initially built in a week-long hackathon. It was very functional for the first reps on the platform, but as we turned our focus to building brand loyalty and driving more home solar loan sales, a truly stellar sales rep experience became even more important.
I worked with the leadership, sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to first map out the entire sales rep journey from meeting the customer to closing the loan. Then I collaborated with each team to identify areas of improvement, and optimized everything from the customer-facing marketing collateral to the installer portal and resources.
